Las Expoferias agrícolas en los distintos países en donde los productos alimenticios liofilizados hacen presencia, han permitido que personas sin plantas de Liofilización lleven productos maquilados donde después de presentarlos despiertan mucho interés ,gustan mucho y gracias al prestigio de dichos productos y de la vitrina tan grande de dichas ferias estas personas logran pedidos enormes especialmente en Europa donde son apetecidos los alimentos liofilizados de LATAM. He acompañado empresas que sin liofilizadores propios han vendido bastante porque yo los he ubicado con los maquiladores y he dirigido sus producciones a fin de llevar los mejores liofilizados a las distintas latitudes, ahora después de lograr pedidos grandes hay que llegar a una segunda etapa de proyecto donde se debe producir con equipos propios por varias razones entre ellas la gran cantidad que piden no alcanza a producirse con los maquiladores ,segundo porque dejamos nuestra producción en manos de otros lo que lleva a que por tiempos y capacidad nos lleven a tener incumplimientos y sus precios son altos ,cosa que podemos disminuir en caso que instalemos nuestros equipos en espacios propios. La tercerización de nuestro producto es muchas veces la clave de nuestro inicio ,pero hay que dar el salto y no dejar nuestro negocio en manos de otras personas que tengan todo el control. Yo los acompaño a las ferias para cautivar clientes, les apoyo en el desarrollo de mejores liofilizados y mejor aún les ayudo a dar el salto a tener la planta propia cosa que he logrado en varios países. Puedo exponer los productos en las ferias internacionales y basado en los grandes contratos que se lograrán diseñaré, dotaré su propia planta ,junto con enseñarles todos los tips propios de las distintas materias primas para la obtención del mejor producto Liofilizado reproducible.
